PowerQuest - The Dancer that Dances on Dance Floor.

PowerQuest and Microsoft are the two software companies of the richest history in my mind. Because I know these two companies for ten years already. However, the destiny of these two companies show great difference.

Microsoft becomes one of the most famous and soundest companies in the world. I think I don't need to describe how strong it is. While PowerQuest turns into one of Symantec subsidiary. And its most well-known product: Partition Magic has been stopped upgrading for quite a long time. Maybe PowerQuest software has problem, maybe the income of PowerQuest is too little for Symantec, maybe the way of PowerQuest is not the right way that Symantec is walking, PowerQuest lost its glory.

A scene appears in my mind suddenly: PowerQuest is just a dancer who is dancing on Microsoft dance floor, as thousands of websites dance on Google. Without proper dance floor, no dancer can perform well. It seems that everything is controlled by its platform.

Software industry is too weak to master its own destiny. PowerQuest can not either. How can we master our own destiny? PowerQuest and many other software companies teach lessons. United and unalterably keep the way that you want to achieve, PowerQuest said.
