Increasing the partition size of a RAID 5 array?

Here is a user case from Tom's Hardware:

I have a Highpoint Rocket Raid 2310 with 4x Seagate 320GB HDDs in a RAID 5 configuration, two partitions on it. Thing is... I'm running low on disk space of one partition and was wondering if it's possible to increase the partition size of the RAID 5 array from the other partition' space?
