Why the options are all grayed out when I click "Disk" menu on the top or select "Disk Operations" panel on the left?

Q: Why the options are all grayed out when I click "Disk" menu on the top or select "Disk Operations" panel on the left?

A: Please make sure that you selected one hard disk (Such as Disk 1, Disk 2…) instead of a partition. These options are available only when you select one hard disk.
