1. Please log to Customer Support Center
2. Then, fill in the blank with your Order ID and the relevant Email.
After that, please choose "Product Download" on left control panel, and you can download the latest program. If you have run out of the given downloads or if it is expired, please click "Ask additional download" to activate again.
3. If the download was blocked, you may avoid this by resetting the Explorer Security Level: Tools -> Internet Options -> Security, set the level as Low temporarily. After download successfully, you can resume your Explorer as well. Sorry for bringing so much inconvenience to you.
